2. Consent Declaration

I declare that I have provided my identity and contact information to Mekjoy Dijital Bilişim Anonim Şirketi ("Company") of my own free will; I accept and declare that this information is accurate and belongs to me.

I give my consent of my own free will to receive commercial electronic messages (email, SMS, calls, push notifications, etc.) from the Company within the scope of promotional, advertising, campaign, promotion, announcement, information, survey, newsletter and other marketing activities.

Content that may be sent to me within my consent:

6. Right to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason:

• By using "unsubscribe" link in sent emails,
• By sending email to info@mekjoy.com with subject "Cancel Commercial Message",
• By calling +90 850 840 79 00.

Your rejection notification will be processed within 3 (three) business days at the latest and commercial electronic message transmission will be stopped.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Within scope of commercial electronic message transmission; your name, surname, email address, phone number and message interaction data (opening, clicking, etc.) will be processed in accordance with KVKK Law No. 6698. 8. Record and Proof

Your consent is recorded and stored electronically in accordance with Law No. 6563 and relevant regulation. Consent record includes; consent date, consent method, IP address and browser information.
